In development · not yet taking customers
A business phone system you can put your own name on.
SIPhounds is a white-label phone platform for resellers, MSPs and VARs. You sell the service; your customers get a modern business phone system, each one kept completely separate from the others.
What it does today
These all work now, in our own testing. We are still building, so this is a working prototype, not a service you can buy yet.
Voicemail
Every phone gets a mailbox. Callers reach it when the phone is busy, switched off or on do-not-disturb.
Forwarding and transfer
Forward always, when busy or when nobody answers, with protection against forwarding loops. Transfer calls to a colleague.
Ring groups
Ring a team together or one after another, skipping anyone on do-not-disturb, with a fallback if nobody picks up.
Queues
Hold callers until an agent is free, and send them somewhere sensible instead of leaving them waiting when no one is available.
Auto attendant
"Press 1 for sales." A keypad menu with retries and a default when the caller presses nothing.
Business hours
Send calls one place during the day and another after hours, by weekday and time, in the customer's own time zone.
Call history
Every call is recorded, answered or missed, and each customer sees only their own.
Admin console
Create customers, add phones and build call flows from forms, and see who is online right now.
Built for resellers
The platform is designed around the partner who sells the service, not just the business that uses it.
Customers stay separate
Each customer's phones, numbers, voicemail, call flows and call history are kept apart. Two customers can both use extension 101 without ever meeting.
Your brand, your customers
The platform is built so a partner can run many customers under one roof and put their own name on the service. Branding tools are on the way.
What's next
The plan, in rough order. Nothing here is available yet, and the order can change.
Making it a real service
- Connecting to phone carriers: numbers, calling and number porting
- Emergency calling (E911)
- Billing, with partners pricing and invoicing their own customers
- Partner and customer logins
Reach and apps
- Launching in the USA, Canada and Mexico, then Europe
- Mobile and web softphone apps
- Text messaging
- A contact center for support teams
